Don't want to play skeptic here (it's in my nature though), but when were these shares bought. I don't remember seeing any days when more than 400k shares were traded, let alone 950k and Dreyfus did not own any shares prior to this announcement, as far as Bloomberg goes. Have they been accumulating over the past several months and when they finally crossed the 5% SEC barrier, they filed the 13g? Overall, this is a completely bullish indicator, no doubt about it and I am not trying to throw cold water on it. Just trying to figure out how it works logistically.
