You are correct in that the growth in the IT business is not yet realized and DEC has extensive high end consulting and services business in the industrial world. I only see it growing, especially since the disappearance of the "Modcomp" computers. Why can't Dell make a hostile counter offer? Is 9.2 billion such a stretch to be in the big leagues?

Hi!!! Yes, I agree ....makes sense...CNBC made reference to the consulting and how it was a big plus...How could DEC have helped Dell?? Could you explain in further detail? Providing this high end margin for 2000 plan...Thanks. I just read in Barron's Mike Dell's comments about growing Dell and not entering the $1000 PC market.... since they were growing at 50% and not 20%...Interested in your thoughts...
