Why is everyone assuming that the financial deal is a positive for shareholders? Does anyone know the details? How much collateral did Ira have to put up? Was the collateral in stock? If so, how much and is it restricted? Or is it another Reg. S?

Just some questions I think that need answers.

Regards,

HG

FAMH bulls, can someone please help me make sense of the folowing?

What is wrong with this picture. Here is a company which is profitable, has about 20M? shares out, is growing rapidly, and should have revenues of at least 70M in 1996, a 7 fold increase over 1997. They have just acquired a 25M line of credit. This company is selling for .28/share or a market cap of 5.6M. Something is wrong here. What is going on? It seems we must be looking at a reverse split for a Nasdaq listing?

Thanks for your responses.

Andy
