Here are the new approved government sanctioned activities just released by Der Fuhrer Newsom. He put kite surfing on the list. You can garden too,, but you have to fly solo. You can't garden with friends. You can play golf as well, but only by yourself and you can not use a cart. lol

These people are jackbooted fascists. .
