I would think that age depends on your own body. We are not clones. <G> Being in CA, plus spending lots of time outside, I wouldn't suggest you take much, if any, until you see the right blood test results. I see this as a long term issue, not an immediate need to protect yourself. There might be a little too much health paranoia going around right now. Ya think? Crazy times.
