may i double stamp the vit D, vit C, and zinc ideas........

and add to that lactoferrin, selenium, and even the ole cimetidine which has been shown to increase T cell responses.

When our immune system works well, it works very well.

OTOH... when it comes to autoimmune diseases, our "defective" immune systems can mistakenly consider common, ordinary, harmless things as threats causing the immune system to over-react and over-stimulate it's defenses, causing all kinds of nasty symptoms.
