Hi Logain,

I have the soft gel as well.

My dad had blocked arteries. His first stint was put in when he was 72. Had several more installed.

He succumbed to alzheimer's at 85.

I always wondered if poor blood flow brought on the alzheimer's.

I've heard about the calcium tests for blockage, at 67, I should probably have one done along with blood work.

Thanks for the good knowledge!

Bob

at our age and living in ct. i doubt you will absorb any vitamin d. keep taking the vitamins. i know people in florida getting tons of sunshine and they take prescribed vitamin d 50,000. it seems as we age it get more difficult to get the benefits of the sun.
