There is that. I have a shotgun for such occasions, but cancellation would probably create enuf like-minded people in town that I could pull off a non-violent sit down strike to shut down US 101 thru town.

If Trump is even half the dictator you claim, what makes you think there will be an election in 8 months? Good question. I don't. If Trump feels like he is losing, he may cancel or postpone the elections. Then we will see how many people are really loyal to the Constitution and to the country.
