Sorry Niels - it is the market no matter how you look at it. My main concerns revolve around why those holding 5%/better of a stock short aren't subject to the same rules and regulations that anyone holding 5%/better of a stock long are subject to. I'm also not too thrilled about allowing dilutive private offerings without a floor price. I just got off the line being passed from department to department at the SEC and I'm now expecting a call back from someone that should not only hopefully be able to answer a long line of questions I have for them but also advise me what can be done about what I believe to be a serious problem in the securities markets as a whole. I think when I related the various comments I received from the SEC/LA branch a while back along with some of my other concerns they may actually be getting someone other than a PR person to contact me. Has SI been slow for anyone else today?
