I didn't say anything about this before but during the teleconference I was not impressed to say the least with the analysts or whomever it was asking the questions. Now I really wonder how one can get paid to participate in such a conference call and not ask about the NASDAQ question.

It blindsided me because it just didn't occur to me that there was a net equity issue. I read the articles in the NYT about this but assumed that since the stock was above a dollar with many shareholders and presumably many market makers that there was no problem. Anyone analysing this company for a living should have picked up on this issue.

Perhaps the issue is already solved and that is why it wasn't discussed but the company did not do itself a favor by ducking this one. I for one have a lot less faith in the straightforwardness of management now and that is the primary factor which determines which companies I invest in or at least stay in.

I didn't like that "come se come sa" answer about fourth quarter earnings either. I thought that was evasive without being clarifying in any way.
