As an axnt holder, I've got to grind my ax on raptor. Based on the two earnings releases it looks like rapt is getting the good side of this deal unlike so many have felt on this thread. Rapt's earnings grew only 26% year over year and they only contribute 37% on the combined revenues 8.5 million/ 23million total for the quarter. I think axnt has picked up a marginal contributor for a huge chunk of the stock.
