I had that for lunch today! Also had a Costco mini nam with with TJ's pizza sauce, a few slices of Costco's low sodium salami and some Safeway shredded mozzarella cheese... only one piece of bread (nam 130 cals) as my first carbs of the day rather than a sandwich...with two slices of 130 cal bread... It tasted GREAT for the "tasty" treat and the sardines filled me up with two tangerines for vitamin c to follow.

I'd love it if I could find an organic, whole grain version of the Nam... but I do variety.
