Sheldon, IDX had already put the money aside. This fact has been well known on the IDX thread. Randy left us in on it in a conference call a quarter ago, although he did not have time to personally e-mail me. I thought you kept up better than that. Sheldon,

IDX stock went down 25%......triggering a Bill Lerach class action suit. The same guy who is sueing Oracle right now....not to mention a bunch of other top IT corporations.

I don't know why he has not sued NRID. Might be a "blood out of a turnip" type of deal.
