tom, don't put anything past the omnipotent and all-righteous Gary. He would have sued those of us on this board who disagreed with him a long time ago if he could have figured out how. This just fits in with his pattern (demonstrated on this thread) of first whining and then bullying to get his way. We can't stop him, nor do we have to listen to him.

Suing over a 1-cent miss in earnings, wow. Maybe he is a lawyer trolling for clients here.

BTW, I figured on my pocket calculator that I lost approximately 1.73 B with the drop in IOM last week through today, but I'm going to ride it out, even though I can't even afford new batteries until we start climbing again. Anybody got a couple of half-alive AA cells I could borrow until next Tuesday?
