Well Bill, all I can say is I hope they never need any cash again or if so that they're in a position to come up with better means.

It has been a partially pleasant day. So far I found every person I talked to in Washington to be quite different than those at the LA office - not only do they appear eager to discuss things but one already admitted I was making sense. Conversation continues tomorrow after a guy does some research.
