I've only heard of 1st stage recoveries. You're probably right about burning up on reentry... no heat shields, etc. and adding those would probably add too much cost.

Speaking of rockets... what a recovery!

Time to "jettison" some more of what I bought (take profits) when it was down so the empty stages (cash) can land safely and be ready for the next time they are needed.

Example.... Added 200 shares of PFE at $31 on the dip, took profits on 160 at $38 and have 40 more after the round trip! What a concept trading around a core position... like reusing rocket boosters to put more and more into space... or surfing waves in a ocean that is essentially flat but for a tiny rise every year due to "global warming."
