From what I understand regarding the ROBV litigation, both GSCN and ROBV wanted to acquire VIEW and, at the same time, GSCN and ROBV were considering a merger. The merger talks broke down and GSCN snatched VIEW. Now ROBV is claiming that GSCN was insincere in the merger talks and blocked its acquisition of VIEW.

Both companies would probably experience a serious boost in their stock prices if they would stop the stupid fighting and get back together. GSCN has 779 employees and ROBV has 509.
