Could it be that the LONG certificated shareholders have demanded in an email and telephone campain that the stock not trade again UNTIL the money is in the bank or the deal is KILLED by RMIL? I do know that I and many other certificated shareholders are demanding this, as the SEC halt was a blessing to the company as now they can get everything in order for the merger and go through all the trading records for the past 1.5 years and see what's what and who's who! After all the stock stopped trading at $1.0625 and is not going anywhere as we speak. I and others wished the company would have imposed a company halt when the price was at $2.5 or higher! Riley G
