The rustic fence is about 20 miles south of Lexington, KY, bluegrass country. I shot it a couple
years ago, and thought I had a rare find. Then I noticed two other photographers roaming around,
taking pictures of horses and the fence as well. (Horses were in another pasture)
Now then, the travails of evening photo rambles. I drove to the lake, but the lake sites were
closed (parking lots flooded with high water). So I drove to the dam. By the time I got there,
the sun had gone to bed.
But in the other direction, there was the moon again. I had been hoping to get some clouds,
but nary a cloud to be found. You know in 'Jaws' how the guy says 'We're gonna need a
bigger boat?'
If I decide to buy this camera, I'm gonna need a better tripod. It's like aiming a telescope.
- Also here's a goose. Ho Hum, until you realize the goose is about 250 yards away in the lake...
a hand held shot.
