Dauntless, I agree with your point, I was just pointing out the obvious.

Regarding different results. I will get the workshop text soon and look it over. Even if the results were obtained using the same method, it would just distill the point that their is a disagreement with previously reported data and Zonagen's data. It means nothing,(except to Asensio and Bill)if Zonagen has conclusive proof that their method was valid and the data is valid. I know of scores of old literature references that draw erroneous conclusions based on erroneous data. Remember, I have a copy of the patent application. I am not going to speculate further on this till I see the text myself.

Gosh I wish someone would answer my patent questions.

I got another one--suppose I dissolved it in normal saline and drank it. Would that count?
