Voter fraud means voting when you do not have the legal right.

That had been proven to have occurred... on both sides of the aisle. Why do you lie & deny ?

Jamie,
Voter fraud should mean voters who voted when they're not allowed to vote.
Someone who already voted should not be allowed to vote again in the same election.

Someone who is dead should not be allowed to vote.

Someone who isn't a citizen shouldn't be allowed to vote.

Someone who doesn't exist (e.g. a "voter" who is registered under the name "Mickey Mouse") shouldn't be allowed to vote.

There are lots of "voters" who are not allowed to vote and shouldn't be allowed to vote, and yet it happens.
