My previous question, re: marginability, just became accademic. BROC is upto 5 by 5.125. Is anyone else watching this, but me?

I noticed that several stocks under $5 suddenly became marginable on Datek. One that I own FONR (Fonar Corporation) became marginable at $3? I am not asking Datek any questions but I am not going on a spending spree either, just in case they change their mind and then ask me for more cash when they take the newly created margin back again. BROC does look very healthy this morning - maybe soon I can dust off those old shares and move them out of "loosers" into the "winners" category.
