Incredible how the number of bulls is down 50%

I keep hearing that the small investor is too bullish, but a lot of data says otherwise.

They are ALMOST as bearish now as they were at the bottom in March (48.9% vs 51.15%) while bulls have crashed from 34.5% to 24.1%, down by at least a third.

AAII Individual investors remain bearish... hard to believe only 22.2% bullish with 45.9% bearish just after the Nasdaq set another record high!
