I also vote no on the reverse split. Thanks to everyone for past and future analyses on what looks to me to be a great company!

As I said in the previous discussion on this inane topic, reverse splits are stupid unless you are short. A buy back is stupid because the company will need the money for their business. If they don't need the money, just declare a cash dividend. A buy back is like saying lets have the government spend our money 'cause they can do it so much better than we can. (After all who has more experience?) Go up TRIBY.

I Hope you have enjoyed stirring up the board Keiko....
It definitely woke up some of the sleepy lurkers.....
Triby Mgmt has said in the past that they realize a
reverse split would only bring a shareholder revolt of
the worst kind and they are not considering it......
I just finished fighting a simulated WAR...boy is that
tiring...(we won by the way) ..I was the Chief of Combat
Operations...whew!... final test tomorrow! and then home
to San Diego Friday...YaHooooo! Please no more talk of
reverse splits...the market doesn't like them....they
don't work...a company goes up on its own merits..and
TRIBY will do just that on its own,,,,,,, GO TRIBY !!! ... :-) Ron

Another NO vote on reverse split. Why?

Regardless of whether there are 18+ million shares outstanding or 6 million shares I would still only be willing to pay up to 2.25 a share for TRIBY at this point in time.

TRIBY has been and still is a development stage company that is now on the verge moving to the next stage. Management seems to be putting structure in place for revenue growth that will finally start to generate positive earnings.

The wild card that seems to have negatively affected TRIBY is the FDA submissions. The number of submissions and the submission approval process have been slower than expected and thus some people may have bailed. Although I too have been disapointed at the process, I have held my shares because I am pleased with other unexpected developments such as the two aquisitions(this does not mean that additional aquisitions at this time would be good), alliances and increased sales outside the U.S.

My expectations are that the promises are finally starting to be fulfilled and the next two quarters should be very strong.
