This is typical Market Maker activity... They are trying to steal shares away from investors... On days like this I
buy... I like to use the Market Makers as a Contrarian trading tool...

In a few days APCO should be much higher.... Good for the Traders and Investors...

As we speak, APCO is slowly going up. It is 5/8 x 11/16 now. So the time may be really short for one to get APCO cheap. Sad, I cannot make
use of this opportunity.

This was a strange and somewhat out-of-character comment from you. As there is no way an individual, retail investor can reliably and factually assert that weakness in a stock is due to any sort of collective "manipulation" by the dealers (especially since manipulation, as defined by the average retail investor, almost never occurs), I am curious about the basis for your inference.
