Grammy,

Thanks for the interpretation of AMVC earnings. AMVC has been being sold off steadily for weeks now (which is what really helped create this buy sequential) -- how the earnings release is digested will decide which way AMVC will go in the very near term.
I wonder what Doug's take is on AMVC now that he is out of it. (I would guess not very good! ;))

david...i don't know if you have been following the "discussion" of AMVC by doug and his followers but as you know AMVC picked by dougs "sophisticated ta" has only produced a 20+% loss in 7 weeks since the pick on 12/02/97 at 2 1/4...i am out of this one and thank god i didnt average down as doug suggested. i hope you didnt. it may turn out okay...i haven't been following closely since i sold...who knows what reaction to earnings will bring...but this chart looks very weak and a P?E of 4 is not a "bargain" or "value" as doug would have you believe....it is a 2$ stock for a reason...depending on your risk tolerance and expectations, i would dump this and sell into the next "rally"...it is low so could pop back a bit. But putting your $$ in a more substantial co w charts that TA can be successfully be applied to may not be a bad idea,
