Yes, jhild, I know that seems very suspicious. On the other hand, the Clintons are alleging that the entire press is conspiring against them. Where is the truth? I don't think we can really tell yet.

Well, the Newsweek story on this reports that she starterd taping at the suggestion of her literary agent.

And one imagines it was Lucianne Goldberg who gave copies of the tapes to Newsweek. If it wasn't she, it could only have been Starr's office, which would have been a clear violation of law.

Poor Tripp! Eager to do anything at all, after her "story" about Vince Foster had been adjudged too dull for publication.
