And to add one more data point to the silly need for this argument, I have many, many friends who came from many developed countries to live and work in the US on their ideas. One came from India with NOTHING and while here he's started and sold two companies and hates the leftist nonsense, even though much of it is spouted by his liberal, Stanford MBA educated, white wife ... Others friends have come from France, Germany and other so called "developed" countries to work here and raise their families. Other friends escaped Vietnam on boats with nothing but their clothing, spent time in refugee camps and moved up once here into the comfortable middle class just from hard work and our acceptance of anyone who works hard and has skills... About the only other nation I know of that offers the ability to work hard and move up so quickly is Israel.

And the American Hero of the Year Award goes to:

6 year-old hero saves his sister from charging dog (photos)…

Meet Bridger Walker. This 6-year-old badass stood between his sister and a charging dog. Bridger was bitten all over his face before he was able to get his sister to safety. When asked about his actions, Bridger said “If someone had to die, I thought it should be me.”

“After getting bit several times on the face and head, he grabbed his sister’s hand and ran with her to keep her safe,” wrote Bridger’s aunt Nikki Walker on Instagram this week.
