Bruce: Good going!. I switched, myself, some from Fidelity energy to Fidelity select Precious Metals today. I think that I will switch to 50% FSAGX and 50% FDPMX and drop my FSENX completely in A.M. because gold is behaving fantastically. I had 80% FSAGX and 20% FDPMX. I remembered from last year that FSAGX did better on average... to then realize that FDPMX is like FSAGX (holdingwise) in December... BUT!!!! It is doing better over the last 2 days. I cannot explain that. Either that fund was very depleted and a big inflow of money is going back into it or *more likely (IMHO) FDPMX is shifting some of its holdings back to South African goldmines...!* Over the last 2 days, FDPMX has done almost 2% better than FSAGX! ALTA is not doing too well... just a matter of time (IMHO) for it to explode as well. Big funds cannot spend too much time to invest in such small caps. GOLD is behaving completely differently as compared to the last 10 months. Stockmarket is doing great AND gold is doing great as well. Gold is going up from here (IMHO). And if we have a major correction in the stockmarket, godlstocks could retract a bit and then jump to the sky. We are witnessing a remarkable change in sentiment about gold (and president Clinton at the moment!). Keep Clinton on... He seems to be beneficial to Wall Street! But then if you are short and/or like gold: get rid of Clinton!. That is how it looks like to me. Good luck all. Gaston All above IMHO
