Wrong!

Investors view the threat from this president is over.

As Cramer said, WS views Clinton as a "second rater" and his situation largely irrelevant. What matters is that Greenspan remains in place.

WS likes the idea of this weak and historically inconsequential president held in abeyance, just to fester in his own mire for the remainder of his (our?) term. Remember, WS took off when the Republicans took Congress and aborted his/Hillary's agenda.

WS loves the expectancy of a moribund, immobilized Clinton presidency.
