Wouldn't a reverse stock split be a stock buyback?

Brian, Thanks for the response. Do you have Lionel's number? We all expected the stock price to go up after information from the meeting on the 8th and it did not. We expected the stock to increase with the price with the POG. It has not, yet. We expected more information from them about the amount/grade of gold being mined. It hasn't come out yet! No increase in the stock price, but it has gone down. Maybe, next week we will get some good information as to the amount of gold being mined. We expect that the price will, atleast go over 1 dollar by the end of February so they will not be delisted. Will it? I hope so.... :) gary
