Janice, this isn't about the UCMJ. You are correct about that. The UCMJ has no language devoted toward fraternization or sexual harrassment for anyone. I am talking about military policy. As outlined by the Congress, and approved by the President. Should the President be held to a different standard with regard to fraternization and sexual harrassment than the members of the Armed Services? Michael
