Janice, this isn't about the UCMJ. You are correct about that. The UCMJ has no language devoted toward fraternization or sexual harrassment for anyone. I am talking about military policy. As outlined by the Congress, and approved by the President.

Should the President be held to a different standard with regard to fraternization and sexual harrassment than the members of the Armed Services?

I don't think the point is that he can't be called into military juristiction. Just because he can't, doesn't mean the behavior is ok
