Bingo - go to the head of your class >>My interpretation of what they are attempting to patent is the rapid delivery of phentolamine as a therapy to treat impotence, not their formulation.<< I have the PTO document & was planning to write this up, in a similar fashion as my post on the VALIDITY of the various papers measuring phentolamine levels in plasma. However, you have saved me the trouble. Part of the trouble with Asensio & his followers is that they are so focused on manipulating the stock price - that they look for, and seize upon, anything at all that they can twist to assist them. It doesn't matter if the subject is misinterpreted, taken out of context, or just plain lied about - the facts don't matter - just make money. In this case, they were so intent to ridicule the formulation, that they COMPLETELY MISSED THE CLAIMS of the patent. Don't blame Zonagen for not spelling it out - companies are not going to detail their patent claims before they issue. And you can bet that SGP has studied this & believes in it - gee, maybe this is why 4 different companies were so interested in escorting Zonagen to the dance. Asensio's report dated Jan. 13 was titled - >>Zonagen's Vasomax patent application exposed.<< Looks like the only thing exposed was the INCOMPETENCE or the DISHONESTY of Asensio & his followers. Next up - an analysis of the Aensio report on the lawsuit by the former director of immunology - guess where it will wind up.
