And what exactly is his reason as to why Intel will not spin out its manufacturing or sell it to TSMC or Samsung?

It just occurred to me that INTC's price at the close of Friday is still lower than its peak more than 20 years ago. I wonder if anyone is going to bring that up at the shareholders' meeting and ask them what have they been doing for the past 20 years...to which they will probably answer, "if you think we are bad, why don't look at MU for the past 20 years!"
