The elements of authority and control are very much against him. Again, you really just don't get it....it's pointless to argue the so called merits of a potential sexual harassment case with you. The one point you cannot dispute, is that if the Clinton behaved as alleged, his behaviour set himself up for a sexual harassment suit against a sitting President of the United States. That is the only relevant issue, end of story.
