Given that the dollar is not likely to regain favor anytime soon, and that several of the world's largest silver producing countries have serious pandemic problems, and that ""Bubbles" Powell will indefinitely keep his foot on the monetary accelerator, I would say that the odds favor silver making new highs in this precious metal bull run are pretty good.
