I'm not sure how you concluded Republicans were doing more of it than Democrats.

AFAIK, both parties do it all they can when the opportunity arises. And have been for a couple centuries IIRC. Both parties.

But when both parties have been doing it for centuries, and the Supreme Court gets involved anytime there is a hint of illegality, it is a little hard to claim either party is stealing elections by doing it. By that I mean, it isn't illegal.

What Dems are doing in Texas right now looks like it ought to be illegal in that it appears to foment voter fraud and is an unfair election practice. I'm sure the Court will make a determination on it.
