Tokyo - you disappoint me - and you are untrustworthy

Regarding my interpretation of the lawsuit - I stick by it & I have nothing to add - re-read my post - especially the last few paragraphs.

I resent your implication that I was not being honest regarding my knowledge of Zonagen. On Dec. 19th the following discourse occurred between Barbara J. Payne & myself - on this thread.

BJP #1129
Tell me, how do you know what you know about the company?

D #1130 - linked from # 1100
I've known Zonagen from the day it got started, all their successes & failures, all the people, projects, etc.

So you know Podolski and the upper management personally? Or are your friends a little lower down the corporate heirarchy?

YES & Yes

I answered her questions honestly & promptly.

Now, as to you divulging my prior consulting with the company - that was information I gave you in a reply to a "friendly" email exchange with you. I don't have all of them saved on this machine but here's one from you on 11/28 -
---------------------------------------------------------
>>Thanks for your reply from a week ago. The call that Joe hosted was a resounding confirmation that they've got it. Joe seems like an honest guy who recognizes the best way to handle the adversity is to work through it. I like that in management--focus!!

By the way, what kind of consulting did you do for the company? (Also, did you know that Joe was once a meat salesman before he did his engineering stint at Abbott, etc.).

Best of luck and thanks for setting me straight.<<

I replied that my assignments were strictly of a marketing nature. I am not a scientist & was never involved with that end of the company. My engagements with the company were in the periods of 1989 - 1991 and 1995 - 1996. There are lots of people on these chats lines who are EMPLOYEES of companies. I've NEVER attempted to hide my opinions about this company. Also, I've often suggested some aspects of Zonagen as an investment that I felt were worthy of concern.

Regarding Schering AG's calls, I can't tell you why they haven't acted - why don't you call them & ask. I've done enough research lately & posted it here to counter the lies published by Asensio. BTW, just so you don't "inadvertantly" convey the wrong message, Schering AG is not Schering Plough.

And lastly, since you're into honesty - how about you and the others who hide behind your pseudonyms providing YOUR personal info?

IMHO you are untrustworthy - you don't identify yourself and you pretend to be friendly in private email exchanges, only to post the same information without permission. Why didn't you ask me, on the thread, if I had ever worked for the company? Instead, you try to make it sound like I was hiding it.

Until you identify yourself your comments have as much weight as the analytical work done by Imhof in 1975. I can't waste any more time on you.
