Hi Jack,
Yes and yes! Ultra (TWCUX) is a diversified growth stock fund. It used to be more in the Small Cap. range, but now with over $12 B in assets, it is more Mid Cap.

I have my entire IRA in just that one fund. So far, I've seen no reason to diversify. If I'd known how to do "vealies" earlier, it would have performed even better. However, in the period from 1991 to 1995 I let the cash reserve rise to, and then stay at about 50%. I now keep it more controlled by using the Idiot Wave (for mutual funds) as the upper limit of the cash position. Performance, overall, has improved since then. If I take and average the amount committed to equity and cash for the entire period, it's still 59% invested, 41% cash reserve. So the return on the average value at risk in the market is pretty darned good.

Best regards, Tom
