Jim,

I think MLIN is turning the corner ina positive way, and that like many small companies they are shooting themselves in the foot by what they say and the way they say it. The technical leadership at these companies speak in a way that leads the money guys to make negative assumptions, i.e. the market is soft. Well, last quarter earnings were excellent, but they were was no building on it, in fact sentiment was negative. I think that the purchase of stock by Intel would be seen as a big deal, in fact when the market was getting trashed a few months ago, IBM announced a stock repurchase plan and was credited for turning the entire market around. The only negative I saw was the relatively large amount of turns business that MLIN had last quarter.

It was only 8 weeks ago that MLIN was supposed to earn .04 or .05 for the quarter, and the results far exceeded that.

regards,

Ed
