Dennis: Its great that you are pursuing this--its one of the marvels of forums like SI and the others that simple keystrokes can spur positive actions. I have told myself to try also to pursue this and since you are having trouble running down a charter at the company, it occurred to me that if RAIN is a Minnesota corporation, that perhaps the state has a copy that can be acquired more easily. I'm going to try to hit the web and try the phone on Monday to see if we can score one. Whats the general thought on these suits--as a holder, my temptation is to stay clear--what are others doing?
