Hi Cody, Kim from RAIN IR told me she'd send me all related materials regarding annual meetings and getting shareholder initiatives on the agenda. However she did tell me that December 19th is the deadline for getting shareholder initiatives on the agenda. Obviously I check with the SEC to make this is a reasonable cut off date. If so and it may well be so then this years initiative on us shareholders part should be to vote down any company nominees to the board that aren't indcependent and experienced. If we can get the company's nominees voted down it should get their attention in a big way. Maybe some meaningful dialog and compromise will ensue. Enough so we'll all feel comfortable trusting the board to make the right decisions. That's not to much to ask for a shareholder to ask, is it? Regards, Dennis
