>>>I thought this was a FIBR board<<<

It is. They are speaking of something that materially and directly affects and involves FIBR. This has been one of the better conversations in the last month.

I'm not sure I've ever seen David P. off topic here.

David Yu- We are discussing geostationary positions that are owned by ABCN, and indirectly owned by Osicom via an investment interest. ABCN is using Osicom's network equipment for their DBS/Internet access via satellite link up, should ABCN ever launch their satellites.

If ABCN ever launches their satellites, the direct positive impact for Osicom could be dramatically positive. Considering the economic problems over in Thialand, it might be a while before they launch...time will tell. I believe ValueMan's interest is that he would like to see Loral (which I am interpretting that he has a long position in) take over these Slots and deploy the satellites asap. Loral doesn't have the cashflow problems of a depreciating currency like ABCN would if the currency continues to depreciate. In addition, Loral could really do well as the US Dollar can buy twice as much Baht as it could just a few months ago.

It'll be interesting to see how this all plays out.
