TLZ... >>> my position is that TLZ looked oversold a week or so ago and gave some buy signals....stochs etc...i was hoping for a nice new year run up after the writeoffs dropped the price. The price did not move as I expected and sold 2 days later at a small loss. This allowed me to free up $$ for other trades. Most of which have been shorts,if you have been following me, you will notice that my TLZ activity lasted about 1-2 days while i was in the stock. My recommendation to you and anyone else reading is this.....a winning trade should be so immediately or at least very near term(no one can pick the exact top or bottom)...and losses only get larger.<<< ****************************************************** Jeff: Good analynis on TLZ... And, good advice about trading... Now, TLZ looks like it is about to make a move to the 11.00 area... MoneyFlow and MACD are positive, and volume is increasing... Jim

Jeff TLZ - The inquiry was serious and I appreciate the comments you shared with me. I looked at the chart of TLZ after reading your comments and noted that it had not followed through on any breakout. Was curious as to what your actions had been. You told me when you stated: "If something starts to move against me and does not look like it will come back favorably, i take a loss and move on....which incidentally would be a wise thing to do with some of the picks posted here." I was as interested in your reading of the TA on TLZ as I was in how you responded to the lack of movement. There is a valuable lesson in your actions, one that a lot of lurkers here need to take to heart...cut your losses quickly. Thanks Jeff for your response. I did find it sincere and I appreciate the manner in which you shared it. RADAR
