Only thing that can save New York City is a huge infusion of capital from your way. You also have to get rid of all the crazy radicals running the city these days.

Huge buildup in inventory in town New York City and Boston. But you have an explosion in interest another housing boom and bubble going on in the suburbs at the same time.
