Off topic, about Xoma not Clinton.<g> newswire.ca Re cases of meningococcemia in Canada. Apparently we are using the Pentagon to develop a crack team of highly experienced experts that will know how to get the enemy by the privates and really do some damage. I am glad to have my tax money spent on this. Governments all over the world stay in power by making promises to the poor and middle classes. The policies of these goverments enrich those in power and their friends and somehow achieve the adulation of the masses. I am proud that this country has grow up and joined the rest of the world in realizing that this is what it is all about. You really can fool most of the people all of the time.
