John, thanks for your help,

I just wondered whether there was going to be new management for the Myriad division, or if Ira plans to keep the Myriad staff in place who ran the company to the brink of disaster in the first place.

I wonder too, why he could not borrow $1 million in lieu of the stock in the deal, and gotten these incompetent guys out of sight instead of making them major stockholders.

Finally... does the $1.8 million in earnings include any of the unpaid (payroll, I presume from John's post) taxes? Curious as to how this stuff is figured. Could the unpaid taxes be on their balance sheet as an expense (taxes already paid) while, at the same, be listed as long-term debt?

I'm not an accountant, sorry. Unfamiliar with how these things are done.
