FT,my last comment,IMO a publicly traded company has a responsibility to it's shareholders,as well as the investing public to keeps it's stock liquid. This company (according to Pugs) has choosen to keep their stock(stockholders,investing public) in an illiquid state,freezing the publics investment. If they would perfer to be a private company then they should request delisting of their stock..DD
PS: IMO the company is acting in a purely manipultive manner.
