Mark, does MTIC just have to appoint an outside director or do the shareholders have to vote on one nominated? Usually all the proxies I get have directors being elected by the shareholders.

I did not listen to the call so please pardon my ignorance, but did you get the impression that the "reapplication" was simply a formality or is this something that would draw out the process further?
