Hi Paul,

Interesting action the last few days. A lot of much larger trades than usual in both directions. %K is up to about 70, with %D at about 55. %K will usually go all the way to 100 on this kind of run before it starts to cross down.

I'm still in the process of trying to find a broker that will give me better execution. I've been using Savoy (now TradeStar), but their web site is totally unreliable and their execution and confirmation can get real sloppy at times. I pulled most of my trading money out my account and was going to try AllTech until I found out that they don't want to open an account for anyone that won't take their $5000 trading class, and they charge $500 per month to get the set up to trade at home! I can't think of any polite terms to describe what I think about that except to say that I wouldn't recommend them to anyone that I liked. TradeStar wouldn't accept my order yesterday without cash on deposit, so I guess I missed out on this pass. Oh well.

It looks like the techs are starting to top out. My guess is we'll start to see profit taking straight across the board going into tomorrow, with NOVL bucking the trend as usual. Might see a resistance breaking move through 7 1/2, but that will probably be short lived with support broken on the downside and a gap to fill from yesterdays close.

Regards,

Don

Possibly (re: just an oversold rally), but I am hanging in there for the overbought rally. Time will tell!!

Paul and Don:

Looks like you guys were right. NOVL did a retracement back to 7 to take out those bids. Those market-makers know exactly what they are doing and if there are some shares there, they will go down and get them!!
